We offer standard flat-rate shipping for $8.99 on all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering or exercising and store in a dry place when not in use.
